Logos 5 has been running slowly recently

Over the last few days - maybe a couple of weeks - I have experienced Logos running very slowly - and frequently getting "Logos not responding" messages
I am running 5.2b beta 2 on Windows 8.1
Other things on the computer seem to be affected as well so it could be a wider computer issue which I need to look into.
But I noticed it again an hour or so ago and thought I would see if the log provided any useful information
Two events - towards the end of the log - are relevant to this.
- At 14:03:26 I tried to close all open panels and this took 13.92 seconds
- At 14:04:05 I tried to open the NIV to Matthew 21v28 and this took 56.09 seconds (finishing at 14:05:01)
Does anyone have any thoughts as to why these types of delays are happening?
Thanks, Graham

There are other delays e.g. 08:20:22 - 08:20:34, but resource discovery was started at 08:20:05, so you should submit another log when the Indexer is not running.

Thanks Dave, will do.
However - for same reason - it seems to be running a lot more smoothly at the moment[:)]

That was a little premature of me as the Indexer would/should have completed by 14:00.
A lot of temporary search file reads are occurring. Do you have a lot of visual filters on NIV2011?

Not really
I have five enabled - four are simply adding explanatory words to the text in just a few places while the other was doing a morph search in Acts (for some reason) and I have just turned it off[:)] So thanks for getting me to look at that....
