BUG? Topic section doesn't follow "see" links?

In trying to determine what resources are used by the Topic section, I discovered that "adversity" is very lean because it doesn't follow the in resource redirects. Is this the intended behavior? Note lack of links in the center column for "adversity"

Is this the intended behavior?

My feeling is we don't follow the linked to redirect unless the word you search for is in the  word used in the topical book. 

Eg. If you search Aenon in Topic Guide the New Nave's Topical Bible will show up, but if you search for "Adversity" (as you've demonstrated) or "Advice" the re-direct and the used word in that topical book will not show up in the guide. I'll write up a case asking if this is a tagging issue or intended behavior.
