where did the exporting features go? I was able of c & p hebrew Texts into Word and play with the with fragments. How can I export a search report to Word? help!
With Logos 3, I could easily print the results of my morphological searches. I have not found a way to do this in Logos 4. The analysis datasheet is great, but it would be better if I could print it. Any help would be appreciated, even if the help is it can't be done.
Better print support is coming in the future, but it isn't here yet.
The Analysis results can be exported to a spreadsheet file.
Click on Export in the panel menu to export the analysis datasheet into Excel. From their you can manipulate and rearrange the data as you see fit and print what you want...
Thanks - that's a start!
a screen capture is more effective, but in all, a silly omission in this once awsome now dumbed down software pacakadge.
I don't know if more intuitive means dumbed down. But clearly, pushing out L4 without print capability... what were they thinking?
And my own pet irritation- I've never known a software package this expensive to come without a user manual. Instead we get to buy one from Morris Proctor? That to me is a bit odd.
But I love Logos 4!
in Libronix I was able to export the verses by clicking the auto-lookup,but I miss this function this.Is there any hope about this case?
problem is this software is now mainly targeted to Aunt Beas Sunday School Bible class while at the same time trying to meet the demands of more serious students. Cannot do both. Ii would help if there were a sophisiticated core costumization of the packadge, but that is missing as well. The whole thing was rushed for the holiday purchasing cycle. Unfortunately, there are not a whole lot of options out there. BTW I have been a Logos costumer since version 1.
