Do you mean that when you highlight a word in one of the compared versions, the equivalent word is highlighted in the others?
If so, I don't believe there is a way to do this but it is a nice idea[Y]
I like to use sympathetic highlighting with Greek and Hebrew. It would be nice to do this with text comparison so as to see instantly the translation along multiple and comparative texts.

You can get something close to this by having the various translations opened and linked together - but I recognise it's not quite what you are looking for.
