Does changing the Win 7 system time or date up to 36 hours affect Logos 5?
(I do this to convince an internet broadcast server to send me the feed at a time that I can listen to it.)

Only in respect of scheduled checks for updates e.g. every 6 hours, but Dates like Last Updated and Last Accessed would be skewed.
To be safe, I would shut down Logos until you resume your normal time zone.
