Probably part of a base package. They just never updated the website.
The Catholic Bible Dictionary is currently displaying a status of 'Almost There!'. However, the Open Pre-pubs listing on the user account page isn't reflecting this status. I'll open a case for it.

Turns out it actually is shipping the 23rd. The e-mail was right, the Orders page and the product page were wrong.
