How to download resources, Mac 10.9.3 ??
I previously used Logos 4 Scholars edition, on a Windows PC. Now that I have a new Mac, I have upgraded to Logos 5 with the basic upgrade package. It seems to be connecting to the internet, but I only have 25 books in the entire library and I can't coax it to get or see any more. Initially it told me it was getting 5.6 GB and got to about 5% of resources but not at present. How do I make sure it is connecting. We have a proxy server, the login window doesn't have any field for these, but the Mac only needs those once and then everything (should) connects through Location settings.
There are help instructions on bringing up the connection window, clicking the icon and immediately holding down Command key. I am trying this but it does nothing at all. There are no proxy fields in Logos settings, as expected. the little circle/arrow symbol on the right of the home screen turns briefly and then stops. I can log into my account online with current details, so ???. Help appreciated

Are you sure you are using the same username and password which your other resources are tied to? Can you see both your new resources and old resources on biblia.com?
Have you tried doing the un-maclike thing of restarting your computer?

Ok, I have never been to biblia.com, will do so now. Yes, I have rebooted several times. When I do, it brings up the Logos logon screen and seems to connect, then it brings up a Logos screen saying it is synchronising, for about 5 mionutes, then home screen with no new resources, but some of the adds and suggestions of the day. Will try Biblia now

Ok, on biblia.com I have 134 bibles and 445 other books.

There should be a "Proxy settings" label on the Start window (hold CMD whilst starting Logos). If download is still not working then provide detailed logs as per https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem.

Need to launch Logos 5 with online access to allow resource licenses and files to be downloaded.

Have just changed my email address at Faithlife.com, but not yet at Logos.com or on my Logon screen. however when I started it this time, it tells me it is indexing resources and download 5.6 Gb of resources. 8 hours later, it is up to 17%. don't know why but restarting a logging into various websites seemed to help.
