Suggestion: Add the New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology and Exegesis

Logos needs to add the NIDNTTE from Zondervan. Now, I know that there will be people who will TRY to tell me that Logos already has this. That is partially true. The reality is that this is an update to the Colin Brown (editor) Edition, which is edited by Moisés Silva. Thus far I cannot find it on Zondervan's website, but I am sure it will show up under "Coming Soon" two or three months before it comes out (my guess anyway). The NIDNTTE, according to Amazon, will be released on November 4, 2014. It will have 495 more pages than the 1986 edition (according to Amazon anyway).

Colin Brown's set is oddly titled New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology.

This new edition is appropriately titled New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology and Exegesis, which agrees with the OT set NIDOTTE. Doesn't that sound nice? Nigh-dot?

The new edition should be good. Could Logos do a Pre-pub?

Not only that, it will be alphabetically arranged by the Greek, just like the NIDOTTE is alphabetically arranged by the Hebrew, instead of topically like the Colin Brown edition. Also:

There was a discussion earlier http://community.logos.com/forums/p/81140/567824.aspx and I think Alain has some good questions. The Zondervan blog post cited there isn't very enlightening about how much new content is actually in this revised edition. If Logos is going to be asking close to $250 (the retail price) I won't be buying it as I already have the original.

A review should clear the picture up for us.

Anyway, this is an important reference and Zondervan is a big publisher. Even if it's not much of an update we'd expect to see it in Logos sooner or later. I'm hoping sooner, maybe a pre-pub in line with the physical release dates.
