I recall reading somewhere that a popup window that is displayed when hovering over a word can be 'frozen' so that the contents of the window can be copied.
Alas, I cannot recall where I read this.
Can anybody help?
Are you talking about the morphology information that appears at the bottom of the screen when you hover over a word in the bible? If not what pop-up windows are you talking about?

If you get a popup from a morphological resource it can be "captured" in an Information tab (from Tools menu) from where it can be Exported/Printed.
I have done more research and found that the reference is in a Morris Proctor "Tips" email of December 2012. However when I go to look at the tip I get the following:
"The Application cannot proceed!
An internal error has occurred..."
I get this on both the desk top and lap top computers. And I am not sure what is wrong, my computer(s). my isp or the MP Seminars server.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like a bug (the error message you note).
In both Libronix and Logos5, if you click on a resource note, and the note isn't a direct reference to another resource, then you can click on the reference again, and it 'stays' and is then copyable, etc (as MP describes). This isn't true of 'hover' notes which disappear as the mouse moves around.
