In testing how a particular Bible study plan could occur inside the Verbum/Faithlife/Biblia family of products, I began testing what some participants might well add to the "average" installation. I then added the following commentaries to the layout:
- Sacra Pagina
- Catholic Commentary on Sacred Scripture
- Orthodox Bible Study Companion
- Catena Aurea
I then set about my usual task of setting advanced priorities so that the translation being commented on was the translation that appeared on hover/mouse-over. Unfortunately, Logos has not made provisions for the translation occurring in the volume being the preferred translation for the volume. This is especially problematic for the Orthodox Bible Study Companion series where the author has created a distinctive literal translation. I know this isn't a quick fix but it is a very important one as one cannot even use links and second copies of the resource to fake the system out.
