BUG: book covers disappear in offline mode

When working offline all or some book covers of the reading plan resources on the homepage disappear.

(Bible, Biblia, Verbum - version 4.3.3. // Android 2.6 on Samsung Y, and Android 4.2 on Asus Memopad HD7)
