Finding a routine way of locating an "OLDER" or "NON-PRESENT" Serial Number associated to an account

Super Angry  Hello. Greetings and Exortations by the Spirit of He who sets the captives free!

My question or inquiry is: Is there any among the available "Experienced" ones of you who know the more archaic version of 
The Logos  software, who may be able to help me "Retrieve" a native Serial code no. from a known available resource from within the
Logos account proprietary account system? I am just looking for a way to make my out "Dated" version of the

Thomas Nelson Software Suite which ,I checked, and is in good standing with the Logos team of advisors per a phone call I made
in recent days. IF anyone so desires to "enlighten" me with relevant info, regarding this matter, I would be deeply appreciative.

    Welcome to the forums... but why are you angry and why did you underline everything? It makes it difficult to read!

    Why do you want to do this? You should just be able to download the new engine (see my signature line for a link) and have the software download to your new installation... or am I missing something in your request?

    If the serial number is in Logos files, a phone call should handle it. If it is not in their system, you need to find the serial number on your own disks or installation. I have one case where I must find the disks.

    Which archaic version ?

    Logos 2.# can be freely upgraded to Libronix 3.0g so can sync license(s) with Logos servers.  Once unlocked license(s) have been sync'd, then those resource(s) can be used in Logos 4, 5, and Verbum.  Recommend using same account.  If have different accounts, then Logos Customer Service can merge them.  If want to verify account login, suggest login to http://biblia.com that can also show resource(s) available for use on mobile devices.
