he little hiccup on Logos.com last night highlighted an issue. Clicking the Preview button opened a tab with the "You don't have a license to view this resource, but here's a preview..." message. The only indicator that it was attempting to do something was the sync indicator. I disconnected my modem and got the same thing only the sync indicator showed an error. The tab never changes to indicate it's waiting or timing out.
Add to Cart, similarly, gives no indication of anything happening or not happening.
Ideally, it should time out at some point, but it would be nice to have some indicator all the time when loading the previews as it also can appear to be doing nothing for a long time even when there is a connection.
Note that the Bookstore section of the Guides do time out and simply displays: No Result. Possibly it should say it timed out trying to contact the store so the user know different results might be avail later.
