Help! I cannot install Logos 5 after uninstalling the latest Logos 5.2 Beta

Hello,

I uninstalled the Logos 5 Beta which I had on my MacbookPro because of a problem. I sent the problem to the Beta program. However, when I downloaded the Logos engine from the Logos website, it said that I had the Logos 5.2 Beta and that I needed to upgrade to the latest version. How do I get a stable version installed on my computer?

Do I need to completely uninstall and throw the program in the trash and install again?

Jim are you on windows or mac? Make sure to back up your resources and (if you are using windows) then uninstall the software and possible pre-quisite, run a registry cleaner (I prefer Advanced System Care) and then reboot.

Afterwards install based on methond three found here. http://wiki.logos.com/Quick_Installation_onto_multiple_computers

It tells me to upgrade to Logos 5.2 Beta 3. The problem is that my Logos 5 is 5.2 Beta 3. It gives me a link to http://www/logos.com/installation

However, when I uninstalled my Logos and installed the Logos from the website, I got the same result. I am going to try to restart the computer and see if that works.

As per http://community.logos.com/forums/t/52967.aspx you will need to deinstall and remove all Logos folders first. Are you able to wait a bit to see if anyone can respond to your post in the beta forum?

I followed the link and did what it said. It worked. Now I have to find a place and time to download 7.5 GB of resources on my computer.
