Help: Can't Reinstall and Sign In to Logos 5 after Uninstalling Logos 5.2 Beta 3

Here is the problem:
Because I found a bug in Logos 5.2 Beta 3, I reported it. That bug was the fact that I can click resources in Passage and Exegetical Guide. However, when I search the Library, I can't click the resources.
So I turned the channel to Stable and restarted Logos 5.2 Beta 3. The screenshot below came. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. Same screenshot. I uninstalled it and reinstalled Logos 4 - same result. Now I have installed Logos 5 from the website and it still shows me the same screenshot. I know that my Macbook Pro is Mid-2009 OS X 10.9.3, and I have never had a problem with Logos until now. Please advise

The database files used by Logos have been upgraded to 5.2b Beta 3 so replacing Logos application receives upgrade required.
If want to completely uninstall, wiki => http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_5_Tips_and_Troubleshooting#Uninstalling_Mac_OS_X

Jim: Doing a complete reinstall seems a bit extreme for this problem. See my response to your bug post 604401.aspx
Have I correctly identified the problem? Can you use the workaround I mentioned as a temporary measure?
