I'm listing this as a bug because I think it is in practice.
Problem:
When the TC window is linked to a Bible and you finish a working through a chapter and scroll down crossing a chapter or verse boundary, the TC window then displays the entire next book or chapter. This is a problem because when it tries to display a book worth of text for multiple translation it bogs my entire computer down for a long time. When it displays a whole chapter at one time for multiple books this is completely useless. In over a decade of using Logos, never once have I wanted to use the Text Comparison window to display an entire chapter or book. No doubt, someone probably uses it to compare entire chapters or books in multiple versions, but I would imagine that less than 1% of users do and when it automatically does this while we are trying to compare one verse at a time, this is very annoying.
This is especially annoying when you are trying to demonstrate the software to someone as intuitive and easy to use.
Also, the Text Comparison tool is the primary way in which Logos has designed the biblical DSS database to be used, and this bug makes using that product frustrating. If I want to navigate to the beginning of Genesis 6 and I type "Gen 6" into a Bible navigation box, suddenly my TC window is useless and I have to type a single verse reference outside of chapter 6 (like, "Gen 5.1"), then type "Gen 6.1" to get back on track.
Suggestion:
Please add to the Text Comparison tool a "Display only one verse at a time" option that will ignore chapter boundaries (references like Genesis 6) and book boundaries (references like Genesis) and only recognize verse references (like Genesis 1:1).
