Translate Selected Text

I was reading through a Theology book on my iPad (hence I'd like to see this on iPad as well), and I came to a bunch of Latin and German text. It'd be great to be able to select the text and produce an instant English translation in a popover window.

I think for the German I could pull off Google Translate using a separate app, but I don't think it'd work for Latin.

It's gotten me want to learn German and Latin even more, but "for the rest of us", it'd sure be nice to have a way to quickly translate all that information. I feel like I'm "missing out". :-)
