When a note at one verse says "See note at <HERE>", where <HERE> is a Bible verse, the Logos note should just link directly to the note that is being referenced, NOT to the verse where the note is, which is what currently happens in many instances, such as below, where rather than the note for Hos. 4:15 showing up in the pop-up, all I get is the entirely unhelpful verse itself. Having to physically click the link and go to the verse in order to see what it says is pointless, unnecessary, and a waste of time, not to mention that it physically is taking me away from the location where I am currently working.

Yes, this is L3, but I'm quite sure it occurs in L4/5 as well.
One option for this would be to create a link on the word "note" in the white note so that hovering over it showed the text of that note in the cream-colored pop-up. You could then keep the link for the verse, as shown here. But if it has to be a choice for whatever reason, the note and not the verse should be the target.
