Q: Text Comparison - highlight difference colour

Can I change the way in which text differences are highlighted in the Text Comparison window? The mid-blue doesn't really stand out too well on my monitor. If I could make it bright red or something it would be easier to see the deviations (important when I am comparing NIV2011 with NIV84 Anglicised)!

Thanks for the info Dave. I guessed as much. Shame really - would be nice to change quite a few of the colour options, such as the sroll bars to make them more obvious and so on ...
