This might not be new news for everyone else, but I just noticed that the RCL doesn't have the minor festivals when the minor festivals fall on a Sunday.
This Sunday we get to celebrate the Apostles Paul and Peter, but not according to Logos' RCL
Most denominations suppress minor feasts in favor of the Sunday readings. And the RCL is generic with feasts added by specific denominations. What denomination's list of minor feasts are you expecting to see?
Therefore, I believe that this is a standard feast day.
I believe that this is a standard feast day.
Yes and no. Because the feast day of a saint is generally the day of their death (traditional or known), the majority of saints are celebrated on the same date regardless of denomination. But that tells you nothing about whether or not the feast is celebrated. Take, for example, in the Catholic tradition the 1st Sunday of Ordinary Time.is never celebrated because the Feast of the Baptism of Our Lord falls on the same date and takes priority. However, the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe is never celebrated on a Sunday. When it falls on Sunday, it is either not celebrated or celebrated on Saturday or Monday where it is too important to be ignored.
You are correct that the Catholic Church treats the Feast of Saint Peter and Paul as a major feast and will celebrate it this Sunday. http://www.usccb.org/bible/readings/062914.cfm ELCA does not celebrate the feast http://www.elca.org/Our-Work/Congregations-and-Synods/Worship/Lectionary/YearA this year. Neither does the Episcopal Church http://www.lectionarypage.net/CalndrsIndexes/Calendar2014.html which has transferred the feast to Monday because the Sunday service had a higher rank. Even if they did celebrate the feast, the readings would appear in their variation of the RCL not in the base RCL. Why? because the RCL does not have a sanctoral cycle of any kind. It has only the primary liturgical calendar.

FYI... some of us are, and it is listed on the page you linked to.
You're correct. I didn't scroll far enough to see the option. What that shows is that the ELCA version of the RCL should show the option. Unfortunately there is no ELCA lectionary in Logos. However, from the LCMS:
