I installed the latest version, but anytime I start Logos, it acts like it's starting and then just goes away.

Hi Andy! Sorry you are having troubles. [:S]
Good job posting logs! I can see that you have a corrupted database file:
06/26/2014 21:35:03 | ERROR | 77 | LDLS4.Macintosh.OurApp | Unhandled exception: System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException: database disk image is malformed
I have a guess about which one, but I am not fully sure. In any case, my suggestion shouldn't hurt. With Logos closed, try deleting your ErrorReportManager.db file (path below) and restarting. (Remember that your user library is hidden by default. Google "show user library OSX" if you don't know how to find it). If that doesn't fix it, hopefully a full fledged techie will be by soon to give you better advice.
06/26/2014 21:35:03 | INFO | 77 | LocalFileDatabase | Found existing database at /Users/andy/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/t6mwbopt.xmk/Errors/Application/ErrorReportManager.db
I think the corrupt database is this one:
/Users/andy/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/t6mwbopt.xmk/Updates/Metadata.db
Thanks for the help, it was the Metadata.db file. I am now up and running again.
