(not) Stalking authors

Is it just me, or someone else find the need/possibility to contact some author, because you want to compliment them, or talk to them, or whatever, because their books are interesting or important for you... and you can't find a way to find them in the virtual world (aka google)?

I cant find the author of https://www.logos.com/product/42134/eliminating-satan-and-hell and it is driving me crazy.

Years ago I wrote a letter (no email back then) and was blessed by a return letter from the scholar author. I was delighted at the thoughtful reply.

I bet doing the same old fashioned way would work as well and probably better. Not fast, but anyone taking the time to do it gets a more attentive response.

In the past I have discovered where an author worked and written them at their place of employment (educators) or in care of their employer.
