Hi Howard - and welcome to the forums.
From the logs you provided you have a corrupt database at:
/Users/heparker/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/c1j54blp.7ob/ResourceManager/ResourceManager.db
I suggest you remove this and try starting Logos again and see how you get on.
Incidentally, any reason you haven't taken the free Logos 5 engine upgrade - available at https://www.logos.com/install?

I cannot find the path to the corrupted database. I can only get as far as Users/heparker/library/application support/
There is no Logos4 to be found
