Logos 5.2b Beta 3 crashes *every* time on startup

I just, foolishly, upgraded to the latest greatest beta. And have now have a completely broken Logos setup. Logos crashes each and every time upon startup, regardless of whether I try offline or online startup. I've tried downgrading to the latest stable release but when that starts it it tells me "An upgrade is required: Some of your resources and documents are not compatible with this version... upgrade to version 5.2b Beta 3 or later", which isn't much use since reinstalling the latest beta results in an immediate crash upon startup.
I'm running (well, not running now, obviously) on Mac OS X 10.9.3 (Mavericks) on a Macbook Pro 17" (mid-2010) with 8GB RAM and a 500GB SSD. Everything else runs like the wind, and flawlessly, I might add. Accordance starts up in a flash and is dead stable. It has been a while since I opened Logos (because of the many, many crashes and "issues") but this is getting absurd.
I don't have the time (or inclination) to remove all of my modules and then spend hours re-downloading everything, reindexing everything, etc simply to refer to the single module (High Definition Greek NT) that I was after.
Any suggestions?
