On my desk top PC the "Places" window crashes Logos when opened from the passage guide. It worke fine on my laptop. Any Ideas?

Only a guess here. Some people have been having trouble with Logos4 and the new year. Somewhere there's a bug that removes some functionality from Logos 4. We've found that if we set our system date back to last month, and restart Logos the problem resolves.
This may, or may not be your issue. But it's an idea.
Actually, I had the "Places/Map" crashing problem on this machine with other versions prior to 2010, but I was reminded of it and reported it after 2010. I suspect it is an issue on my particular machine, but I don't know where to start.
