Okay, I wanted to use the Daf Yomi Reading Cycle but could not because the Home Page Ribbon/Sidebar supported only one Lectionary/Reading Cycle. However, I have made additional reading cycles for repeating cycles of Reading the Early Church Fathers, the Book of Concord etc. for others. Tonight I discover that giving Daf Yomi higher priority than a Lectionary causes the Lectionary section of the Ribbon to go blank - I believe in both Verbum and Logos 5 although Logos 5 is still indexing.
If your statistics showed that the Reading Cycle option was not being used, that was partially because no allowance was made for both a Lectionary and a Reading Cycle - a major oversight given that Jews use a lectionary. When was it, in effect, deimplemented? When do we get it back correctly implemented allowing multiple Lectionaries and multiple Reading Cycles to match the real world e.g. the Lutherans often would have:
- Sunday lectionary
- Weekday lectionary
- Book of Concord reading cycle
