I still have a version 3 and also v.4 on the same computer. When I installed recently purchased books (Geisler Collection, IVP Reference Collection 3.0), they did not show up in version 4. How to add them to V.4 also?

After installing them into version 3, start L3 and make sure you can open the resources (it may require typing in a code). Then synchronize your licenses with the server. Assuming that's successful, and that you are using the same user ID in L3 and L4, L4 will download the resource the next time it synchronizes. Note that Logos does this only once per day, or when you start L4. You can force Logos4 to check for updates by typing update now in the command bar.
EDIT: That should work. If it doesn't it could be a problem with a date issue in L4. If so, just be patient until Monday when Logos staff will return to the office and fix this.
