Lexham Bible Guide: Genesis 1–11 doesn't download atomaticly

Hello dear Logos team,

I just bought Lexham Bible Guide: Genesis 1–11 yesterday but it won't download it.

I closed and opened Logos several times. Logos is connected and does synchronize but it won't download my last order.

It is viewed in order history as well.
