BUG: Misleading lectionary citations

In the Catholic Lectionary, Logos offers one version - USA in NABRE. However, it is used by other Logos owners who may use NRSVCE, RSV2CE, JB (which we desperately need in Logos), CEV .... However, when you change the default Bible in the lectionary, variations in versification are neither corrected or identified. The result is that when one goes to create a Passage Guide you must either risk getting the wrong reference or preface all references with NAB. This makes additional work as it is common to use RSV2CE or NRSVCE for study with NABRE as the second translation for liturgical purposes.

    The Bible drop-down in the resource toolbar only controls the translation that the Bible text is taken from for inline display. It doesn't not cause the rest of the lectionary resource to be dynamically updated. This is currently by design.

    I'll submit a suggestion for improving handling of alternate versifications in lectionaries.

    Thanks. This wouldn't have occurred to me that it mattered until I realized the national lectionaries use different versification and, occasionally, pericope boundaries which makes it hard for others to verify the readings.
