Bug: Can't update resources after hiding them

I tried to fix 5 books in my wife's account (margh.1@ Dave's domain) because of catalog differences. After hiding & unhiding them, restarting Logos and waiting for a download I tried Update resources on three separate occasions. All attempts to restore these 5 books have failed:-

The Hebrew Bible: A-F Analyzed Text
Lexham Syntactic GNT, and
the 3 x OpenText.org books listed in that thread

After an Update Resources, the five books were found to be "up to date" here, following which I performed a Sync Repair:-

5773.SyncRepair.zip

After removing Updates.db, DownloadManager.db they were not mentioned after an Update Resources.

Resources are still missing.

I finally gave up and Scan'ned them from a backup (the metadata hadn't changed).

I just fixed it because I had a copy of the resource folder but the issue is why unhiding and then Update Resources didn't work in my wife's account.

We're unable to replicate this. In your case Logos did not seem to understand the resources were missing. At this point I would have removed the Resourcemanager.db and re-opened Logos to force the resources to re-discover and then check for updates. If you can repeat the experience please provide repro steps with the exact resource titles.

I hid the same 5 resources shown as "(deleting)" in the Indexer Hide log and unhiding did not result in a download. Steps were:-

Hide 5 resources at once via context menu ---> Hide log
Restart Logos ----> Unhide log

Indexer started ---> Indexer Hide log

Unhide resources
Restart Logos ----> Post Unhide log

Indexer started ---> Indexer Unhide log

No resources were downloaded.

After an interval I restarted Logos but there was no download notification, so I submitted Update Resources.

The log shows all 5 files as "up to date"!!?

Update: Deleting Resource Manager didn't do anything.

Sorry Dave, apparently Tommy and I forgot to post on the thread. [:$] At the time of Tommy's last post we created a case for the devs to look into; he was able to reproduce with those 5 resources, and I wasn't. We'll update the thread once we have more information for you.
