SUGGESTION: Allow Cited By setting to be initially set in Collection tool

When I create a new collection, it automatically appears in the Cited By tool which is rarely what I want. I would like to be able to set the collection to not appear in Cited By at the same time as I create the collection in the Collection Tool. The current multi step process to turn it off i.e. opening the Cited By resource menu to turn it off frequently exceeds my memory span that it will become a problem.

    There's a lot more wrong with Cited By than this - MJ's suggestion would just minimize having to wade through hundreds of entries in a combo box that scrolls slow, is not sorted, and that you can only see a minimal number of entries at one time:
