A9 works great but I still do not have all my resources and the indexer is not working. My log files are attached.

Brent,
In your indexer.log, it references this file right before it crashes "Identifying resource file located at /Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/Resources/LLS_BOOKS/gs_schaf.lsf"
If you can temporarily move this file out of /Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/Resoruces/LLS_BOOKS to your desktop and restart the app, it should proceed without issue. I'll try to see if we can recreate the crash with this resource sometime next week.
That directory does not exist. Why would Logos4 be accessing the directory from 1.22? I thought these were completely separate programs? Anyhow, I went to the LDLS directory and removed the offending file, but there is not change. I'm going to open LDLS 1 and make sure the directories are correct for resources and then try again. If that doesn't work, I'll send the logs.
Why would Logos4 be accessing the directory from 1.22? I thought these were completely separate programs?
The reason it scans the LDLS 1.2 folders is to pull in any extra resources you may have had installed prior to purchasing L4. If it finds resources, it will copy them to the L4 Resources folder, leaving the LDLS 1.2 resources untouched.
/Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/Resources/LLS_BOOKS
Also, can you make sure that you look in the /Library/Application Support folder under "Macintosh HD" as well as in your home folder?
Tom
The directory mentioned in the log file does not exist (at least not that is visible in Finder). I refreshed the resources for LDLS and when I started Logos 4, the indexer appeared for a brief moment but then went away. I'll look around more on this, but I am new to the Mac, so I may need to revert to a command line to find this.

Try this from the Terminal:
open "/Library/Application Support/Libronix DLS/Resources"
and you should see it in Finder.
I did that in terminal and voila, there was the folder I was looking for. I don't know why it was not listed before. . .I did check both locations as you suggested but it was not visible. It is now downloading 2.66 gb of files. This is great! Thanks for your help on this.
I'll reintroduce those old LLS files in pairs and see if it is only that one that causes a problem.
