Is there a way to SEARCH THIS RESOURCE on the IPad? I couldn't find that possibility [only search Top Bibles].

In Basic Search, you can select from collections or recent resources

Not exactly what you were looking for but I think it is the closest we have at the moment

Since "search this resource" implies that the resource is open, and if it is open, it would be "recent," why isn't this exactly what he is looking for? [:P]

    That's a fair point[:)]

I've just never been sure how that set of "recent resources" is populated and what it actually contains

Probably more significantly, the "search this resource" in Logos 5 allows you to specify a string to search for including picking up RI tagging etc which you can't do within the iPad app.

    Thanks, guys.

I was looking for simply taking a word like love from, say NKJV, and doing a Bible search in the NKJV for it. Of course, in Logos 5 one can search for a Lemma or Root in that resource instantly.

This should work, but it doesn't due to the issue I identified above.

starting by pressing the word "love" in NKJV you get a popup menu

Choosing "search" gets you to the search panel. Switch to Bible mode and then try and find NKJV in the drop-down but unfortunately it isn't there.

It would be really useful if you could enter a resource name at this point but it isn't feasible
