Logos Bible Software downloading updates

I launched Logos 4 yesterday morning and when I hovered over the little icon at top right it showed that it was downloading software 0% of 2.5 GB. It is now 6pm the next day and it still shows 0% of 2.5GB. Is there something wrong or should I just leave it to carry on?

Gary,

Click on the blue icon and select "Cancel Downloading". Then restart the app and the download should resume. There is a bug in the downloader where it might hang indefinitely if it does not get a download immediately.
