I purchased the new Hebrew Audio Pronunciations and have restart Logos (Mac) which should have installed it but it does not seem to be there. Any suggestions? When I go to Tools-Pronunciation, the only choice is Greek.
Since you're posting here, may I assume you still use a 4.x version of Logos? EDIT: wrong infoAFAIK, the Hebrew pronunciations require the current version of Logos 5 /EDIT - you may be able to update for free, depending on the OS version you use.

Scott, you may want to run the L4-command Update Resources which will verify that you have all stuff you bought. It may induce a download, after having downloaded Logos needs to index the resource (restart of Logos).
One afterthought, since it's so long since you last posted: You're sure you bought the Hebrew Audio with the same email adress you use for L4? Otherwise, the licence server can't associate it with your account.
