Logos 4 and NIDB failing to download

I have one older computer that can only use LOGOS 4 for Windows XP. Most resources work on it okay, but it has failed to load my most recent purchase of the New Interpreter's Dictionary of the Bible. It loaded fine on the two computers that I use that are new enough for LOGOS 5.
Is the problem with LOGOS 4 or something else? Is there a way to get NIDB to load onto LOGOS 4? I would appreciate any guidance.

NIDB will not run under Logos 4. A lot of new Logos resources require Logos 5 to run.

As I understand it Logos 4 should be compatible with most works that are released, even the most recent released modules are labeled ".logos4" now add ins like audio hebrew may well be Logos 5 dependant. But I cannot imagine what would be so different about the NIDB that would make it incompatible with Logos 4, I did not purchase NIDB but hopefully someone from Logos can answer for certain.

I see... well it was bound to happen I suppose... [:(] Thankfully most people can update to 5 for free... yes XP users are not able to....

Bradley Grainger told me that. I complained that the product page didn't mention this fact. Bradley said 99% of Logos users run operating systems that can upgrade to Logos 5.
