Time Machine and L4, constantly downloading updates, is indexer working

This is an all in one question. On my Logos Log it constantly reports downloading updates. I am assuming that this should not be going on for days on end. There is virtually nothing in the Index Log. The Console Log keeps mention attempts to access time machine. Finally, my blue icon in the menu bar disappeared.

On the good side L4, A9 seems to be working well, albeit slower. (I will be upgrading to 4 Ram later this week on Mac Book Pro). Thus, I am wondering if I should just relax. However, the constant downloading concerns me.

Here's the latest log (I have had the machine on for the past 26 hours, so there is lots of info:

The "Downloading items" in your Logos4.log file is the sync manager syncing updates. Sync happens a lot in the app: every time you update preferences, open a resource and change position in it, if you do a search, your search history is sync'd. All your notes, clippings, handouts, guides, etc are all sync'd, as are collections and resource prioritizations. You shouldn't be alarmed that you have a lot of "Downloading items", since that means the app is working as expected.

To give a comparison log to the one in the post above, I am sending you this log, in case it helps you answer my questions.

I shut down my computer and restarted it with a wireless connection.

I turned off internet connection, shut down and restarted my computer without internet connectivity, and took a log report. This is that report:

As an FYI, the bue icon did not appear.

As an added FYI, I have Mac 1.2.2 loaded on my computer.

Thanks - this relieves one concern. i was afraid my ISP my bounce me for overloading too much.

Also, I know there are bugs you guys are working on. I pray I do not sound impatient or frustrated. My purpose in reporting is to let you guys know what is happening on my end with a Mac Book Pro with a 2.2 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 2 MB (soon to be 4) of 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM.

I will keep your team in my prayers as you complete the L4 for Macs.
