errors order history /upgrades( can somebody at logos look into this)

HI

can somebody from Lagos development/support/sales have a look at my suggestion and I'm very confused with what's going on with my account history,

in my current library. I have over 6000 resources below is just a few of the CDs and upgrades

when I click on about logos software

suggestion ;-is it possible to somehow  show previous upgrade versions?

I know it's only a cosmetic thing, but it would be nice to see some kind of information that will represent the upgrades I purchased over time

logos website purchasing resources, when I come to a source that I already purchased it shows and tells me I have got it in my library already purchased

when I go to my order history, there are a lot of resources that have not got the price next to them. Only a purchased number

there are resources  which I  purchased, but still show in the Lagos website I have not purchased them

for example, learning Greek, Hebrew video resources which I purchased show in Lagos website I haven't purchased

I'm based in the UK and I wish not to make phone calls to Lagos

Has anybody else experienced this problem?

it does put me off purchasing bundles and  upgrades

These forums are sometimes visited by Logos employees but are really user driven. For questions like you are asking contacting customer service would be the best route to take. That said my order history page (through logos.com) shows all of my orders and costs going back to 2003. Those resources you are seeing which do not include costs are likely those included in a collection or bundle.

Again, customer service would be able to help you with this.

I do not know the answer to all of your issues but I do know the following:

1. If you click on your invoice number you can see the individual prices for your purchases.
2. There was a start date for the current account summary. Very old Logos purchases are not listed.
3. Purchases from third parties (eNelson, Morris Proctor, Galaxie)  do not get listed in your account summary unless they are purchased from the Logos website. 

For whatever reason the Learn Greek/Hebrew DVDs that first shipped are not reflected in my account summary.

I'm not seeing this to be the case. Can you offer a screenshot of what you mean? The instances I can see where you might interpret what your describing from what I'm seeing  are areas where you have purchased more than one resource. We're only giving the price for the order not every resource. You have to click the order number to get a more detailed breakdown.

I will look into this. It might be because you bought it as a Prepub a long time ago and is therefore unique to this situation.
