Is there anyone that can tell me if the new Pbb for 4 will be able to import pdf ? I would be glad to pay extra for that feature.

The only people who could answer that are the Logos programmers.
The old L3 version of PBB builder only imported/transformed HTML. Beyond that, everything is sheer speculation.
Do you convert Pdf into html for version 3. If so what do you use to convert ?
Yes it seems to work fairly well, may have to touch it up a little, especially if there are graphs involved or any type of picture.
