If we refer someone to Logos do they have any programs for this?
Or does the new person just contact Logos by them self?
Last if we refer someone does Logos give us anything?
Logos DID have one. searching for "Refer-A-Friend" shows a few references from 2010. You might do best calling Logos to see if it is still around.

I think you get $20+ for referring someone.. (my sale rep told me this)

I don't believe that there is an official program in place for this at this time but I think you make a great suggestion.

I had actually saved that link previously, and noticed the "Are you lost?" message.
So, does that mean the saved can end up lost?

I didn't remember that blog. I guess I am "lost" too. [:S]
Back in the 2001/2002 time frame my son finished his undergraduate program at ASU and enrolled at Phoenix Seminary. He surveyed the available Bible software and settled for Logos 3. I bought a Scholars package for him and a Leaders package for myself.
Once I started to use Logos I was really impressed and started to tout it to my friends. George and Dean were using different software and could not be convinced to come over from the dark side.
Meanwhile my son was using Logos on his laptop in the classroom. On a couple of occasions he surprised his instructors with the capabilities of the package. At the end of one Greek class the instructor put a list of verses on the board where a particular form was being used in the New Testament. Jared raised his hand and pointed out that another verse of interest existed. The instructor walked over to examine the software to see how that had been accomplished. During the last year at Phoenix Seminary it became a requirement for students to acquire a copy of Logos. (So my question would be: Does Logos have a Refer a seminary Program? [:D] )
Soon afterwards George and Dean got their copies. We form the core group of our Logos users group which meets in north Phoenix once a month. Dean is retired and, by his own account, "lives" on his copy. He has expressed his displeasure with me several times for not twisting his arm harder in order to get him to buy it sooner.
I am only saying this as an observer. I do not speak for Logos~
Logos used to have the "Logos Ambassador" program. It was discontinued after one individual kept demanding a cut of all academic referral sales. Logos offers a substantial discount for students in seminary. They don't need to compensate further for referrals.
My sales rep gives me a $25 credit for referrals outside of academic users.
I was just at an international conference and a young man really liked Logos and asked me about getting it. His young wife said she wanted to buy it for him. I think she is keeper, so I am trying to help them out.
