Tag cloud fails

I am on the reftagger forum and I tried to click CSS in the tag cloud on the left. I got a 404 page not found error at this link:

http://community.logos.com/forums/tags/custom+CSS/default.aspx?SectionID=68

I found that no matter which tag I click I get the same problem.

    forgive me, the tag cloud was on the right side of the screen. similar to on the homepage.
