When I start Logos 4 I get a message that Logos 4 Indexer has stopped working. Any suggestions?

In the short term, the indexer can be restarted by restarting Logos.
I do suggest that you turn on logging (see Diagnostic Logging) and file a complete Bug Reportcomplete with log files (see Uploading Logs). We'll be better able to help you then based on the extra information you provide.
