Why is my system showing untagged and tagged books?

Recently, I went through all of my books and tagged them.I am sure that I missed some of them. Thus, I type in title* ANDNOT mytag* into my Library's find box. I thought that after typing in this syntax my system would show only my untagged books. However, my system shows my untagged and tagged books.

I type in title* ANDNOT mytag*

You need ":" after title and mytag - otherwise Logos is, for example, matching any resource which includes the string "title" in its metadata

Try "title:* ANDNOT mytag:*"

Being a minimalist, here is what I use:

* -mytag:*

Also, "*" is a quick way to find all resources and prefixing a term with a minus sign (hyphen) means ANDNOT, so you can use the query:

* ANDNOT mytag:*

* -mytag:*

You can also add the "My Tags" column to your Library view (right click on Library column headings, and add it from the list that opens). Then sort on it. All untagged resources will be at the top.

You can also see if any of your tags are misspelled.

You can also see how many resources are in each of your tags.
