SUGGESTION: Make from lectionary option

Note: lectionaries are the starting point - other resources would benefit from a similar capability.

Create a "make from" option for Passage Guides from a set of scriptures e.g. a lectionary entry with the following characteristics:

  1. The passage guide is created for a contiguous passage even if only selected verses are used
  2. The first element of the default name show what the set is created from e.g. lectionary date
  3. The second element of the default names shows the pericope name(s) for the passage as is currently done
  4. The third element of the default names is the actual passage specified in the source which is possibly non-contiguous.
  5. The final element of the default names is the contiguous passage as is currently done.
  6. In the Title & Description section links to the other members of the set are provided.
