I've inquired into this.

"Outline Place Finder" is a heading so it doesn't need to be a link, and the "Creation, Choice and Covenant" indicate the three section of the Genesis outline and also does not require a link to any other location. "Back to Outline" will get a link the next time the book is refreshed. I do not have an ETA on that.
