Direct link for sideloading Flash Cards app on an Amazon device?

Hi Logos folks, having explored the Flash Cards app on my wife's "pure" Android device, I was hoping that it would be available in the Amazon app store; and for my device, it is not. Might it be possible to make a link available for the sideloading of the Flash Cards app on Amazon devices?
