In the last couple of weeks the HTTPS site for the RefTagger API stopped working. This makes RefTagger stop working on any site that is using SSL. Try going here: https://api.reftagger.com/v2/reftagger.js to see the issue. The non SSL version still works: http://api.reftagger.com/v2/reftagger.js
