Does anyone know whether Logos is planning on adding an ESV Apocrypha module?
Hi Richard;
To my knowledge, the ESV was not originally translated with the Apocrypha.

To my surprise, it has. [:)]

It has been speculated the ESV Apocrypha may be released with The Apocrypha: The Lutheran Edition with Notes. But we have heard nothing certain of this.

Yes, I think David de Silva was the lead on the ESV Apocrypha project. I have the print copy from Oxford University Press.
I go back forth between the RSV and ESV as my main Bible and would love to be able to compare the Deuterocanonicals as well as the Protocanonicals.

Thanks, Dan- has there been any announcement of when that will be released? That sounds interesting.

Wow- I just checked out the previews on Amazon of the hard copy. It has the full apocrypha and not the smaller apocrypha the West is more familiar with.
Looks like a must buy for me :-)

Protocanonicals.
Thank you, thank you, thank you ... when I used this term in the wiki I was informed most users wouldn't know the term.[:D] Now I can prove it's not just me.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

You can't have a "deutero" without a "proto" canonical after all, right? :-)
