Can you "Pin" a note to the top?

In my notes file on Gen, for instance, I have many notes associated with passages.  However I do have some general notes that are not associated with a particular passage.  Is there a way to "pin" them to the top of the notes file so they don't get buried when I add other notes?

You can set the color for general notes to something different than that of passage notes and sort them by color (sort found in the menu at the top left of the note pane). You could also assign a title (e.g. general notes) and sort by note title.
