Can anyone tell me how to compile a complete list of all english bibles in my library
Go to the Library box (Control L)
type "type:Bible lang:Eng" (without quotes)
wait for Logos to do its thing....
It will display all English Bibles in your library. Of course, this can include the translations of some books from commentaries...

How do I then save them to a Collection?
The wiki has fuller information, but Tools menu - Collection. You would then type in the rules for the collection (which I have above) and then Logos would display that. At that time you can add or subtract books that don't quite fit the rule...
